Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan costs nothing and needs no credit card: Find hooks and formats for your next post, here or from your AI agent. It includes your AI agent in Claude, ChatGPT, Grok or any MCP client; hooks and captions in every answer; 50 agent questions a day; the first 100 videos of every list; search, filters and sort; saves in 1 board; and unlimited team invites.
How does the free trial work?
Starter and Growth start with 7 days free, once per team. Checkout asks for a card but charges nothing during the trial. Then the card is charged the plan's price (Starter $29/month or $290/year; Growth $99/month or $990/year) unless you cancel before the trial ends, from Billing in the account menu.
How does billing work?
Starter and Growth are subscriptions, paid by card through Creem, our merchant of record. Prices exclude tax: VAT or sales tax for your location is added at checkout. Pay monthly (Starter $29/month, Growth $99/month) or yearly, charged once a year (Starter $290/year, Growth $990/year). Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
Can I move from Starter to Growth?
Yes, from the pricing page or the account menu. During the trial it costs nothing: the trial keeps its end date, and Growth's price is the first charge when it ends. After the trial, you pay the prorated difference for the rest of the current period.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel or update your card from Billing in the account menu. Cancel before the end of the current period to avoid the next charge; unused time is not refunded pro rata.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes: a 14-day money-back guarantee. Not happy within 14 days of your first payment? Get a full refund, no questions asked. To ask for a refund, email [email protected] from the address you sign in with.
Can I use it in Claude, ChatGPT or Grok on the free plan?
Yes. Connecting an AI agent is free on every plan, hooks and captions included, and any account can use the JSON API. Free: 50 questions a day (MCP tool calls and API requests together), counted from midnight UTC. Starter and Growth: no daily cap on agent questions; JSON API requests (bulk pulls) are 10,000 requests a month on Starter and 50,000 requests on Growth, counted from the 1st of each month (UTC). The MCP server brings the library into Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, Cursor or any MCP client; the JSON API serves scripts and bulk pulls.
Who manages billing for a team?
The subscription belongs to your team. Only team admins can start a checkout or manage billing.
