Support and accounts

Trouble signing in (we send a sign-in link or code by email, or you can use Google), a question about your collections or your team, or a request to delete your account. Send it from the address you sign in with, so we can find the account.

Billing

Subscriptions are sold and processed by Creem, our merchant of record, which adds VAT or sales tax for your location at checkout. Subscribers can change plan, update the card or cancel from Billing in the account menu; for refunds or invoices, email us. The plans:
