Me explaining how you don't notice a cage if you've lived in it your whole life. The walls just feel like reality. The limits feel normal. The patterns feel like.... you. That's why change is so hard, because it's not just about doing something different. It's about seeing differently. Questioning what you've always accepted. Realizing that half the things you thought were truths, were just illusions.... ideas you never thought to question and limits you unknowingly accepted.
