BEST CAREER ADVICE PART#14 Probation isn't just the company assessing you, it's also your chance to observe. Sometimes your presence won't be welcomed, not because you did something wrong, but because your ideas challenge comfort zones. That can feel threatening to some. Show up with good intentions, stay professional. Remember: probation is a two-way street. You also have the right to evaluate— Is this where your values align? Is this a place you can grow in the long run? If the values don't align, you have the right to walk away with clarity and a plan.
