You've been strong for so long. You've smiled when you were crumbling, you've shown up when you had nothing left to give. But hear me now: You don't have to earn your right to rest. You don't have to be okay all the time. You are allowed to pause. You are allowed to feel. You are allowed to heal slowly. This darkness is not your identity. This sadness is not the end of your story. There is still something beautiful waiting for you even if today, all you can do is breathe. And that's enough. You are enough. Even now. Especially now.
