holidays to invent for yourself: celebrate your fave color, wear it, eat foods of that hue, photograph every time you see it. commemorate a city you love, even if you're not in it. experience it from wherever you are as creatively as possible. belated birthday party for your inner child. spend the day exactly as they would if they woke up in your life now. honor and indulge one of your senses as much as possible. observe your favorite flower, buy a bouquet, surround yourself with it, let it inspire your makeup.
